How does it work?
 

  • textCare is a simple web based system, available on any computer with an Internet connection

  • Patients (or their caregivers) receive timely reminders to act, on their cellphone (SMS text message).

  • You set up care plans as you need (or copy from our library). For each step in a plan, set the time and the message to be sent.

  • When the appointment is made, enter the mobile number, select a plan and set the appointment date/time.

  • No patient or confidential information is stored

 

How much does it cost?

30 cents per message. 

 

For a 5 step plan, this is only $1.50 per patient.

 

Minimum charge is $12 (40 messages). Discounts for higher volumes.

 

Does it work with other systems?  Is there an API?

We have an API (application programming interface) that allows developers to integrate text messaging with their solutions, including Access applications.
