We encourage clients to give us remote access to their networks. This greatly enhances the level of support we can provide and helps to keep costs down.

 

Tools such as Skype, TeamViewer and Remote Desktop Connection help us keep you up to date, and for implementing and trouble-shooting.

Software bill of rights

We believe the key to success when developing software is open and honest communication.

You can rely on us to:

  • Learn your business objectives and understand why you need the software in the first place.

  • Be willing to learn your language, talk in plain English, and avoid "geek-speak".

  • Provide alternative options, should new requirements alter the project plan.

  • Provide good faith estimates when needed.
