How Contracker works

Contracker can work in a variety of ways, depending on your role.

 

Contract administrators

Track contracts, documents and notes. Contracts can be marked as private, and permissions granted to approved people.

Once a contract is selected, various details can be entered. You can link documents or create documents using your own templates.

A contract’s complete history can be seen in one place. Centralised document management helps keep an accurate clinical record and everything is easily printed.
 

Program managers

With Contracker you can manage contract processes, variations and reports due. Use the MyWorkload function to keep tabs on your current workload.
 

Analysts and management

Review detailed metrics on all aspects of contracts, including service line financial details. Data is easily exported to Excel for analysis, or for importing into statistical packages.
