How ClinTech works

ClinTech for counsellors

Counsellors and therapists can use the MyWorkloads screen to manage their workload. You can only view the records of your own patients, unless you have permission to view someone else’s.

Once a client or session is selected, clinical notes and assessment scores can be entered. You can link documents or create reports using your own templates.

A client’s complete history can be seen in one place. Centralised document management helps keep an accurate clinical record and everything is easily printed.

ClinTech for data entry people

With ClinTech you can make bookings and manage sessions. When you create a new booking in ClinTech it instantly puts a reminder in the counsellor’s or therapist’s Outlook calendar, and updates their MyWorkload.

ClinTech for clinic or practice managers

ClinTech ensures referral, discharge, audit and review information is kept up to date. Practice managers can use various reports and tools to manage efficiency, and to provide regular management and contractual reports.

With the data deficiencies screen you can review and update missing information before month end reporting.

ClinTech for analysts

Analysts can use ClinTech’s session score data to analyse clinic outcomes at various levels. Data can be sliced and diced in a variety of ways, such as time, client demographics and session variables. Data is easily exported to Excel for analysis, or for importing into statistical packages.

ClinTech for administrators

ClinTech makes life a lot easier for admin staff. It can help with:

  • assigning users to roles
  • maintaining the various lookup tables
  • setting up session assessments and templates.
